I had a huge traffic spike from something that I got posted on Slashdot once. What was interesting was watching the traffic surge in from different sites.
The initial Slashdot wave was big, but not huge.
Then I made it to Delicious, where I got tons of traffic.
Then I started getting huge waves of traffic from StumbleUpon.
The primary driver was reddit, followed closely by del.icio.us, then DHH’s blog, then Tim Bray’s blog. However, a lot of traffic came through bloglines (no other online news reader even registered), so who knows who’s really responsible for that.

Where did your traffic primarily come from?
